TS Method: Fat Burning Foods and Physical Fitness
Hey guys it's Mark and right now I would like to talk about two common questions regarding my TS Method: Fat Burning Foods and Fitness.
Question 1:Just what does „TS Method“ actually mean?
and
Question 2: What makes your TS Method so much better than other weight loss solutions or health and fitness courses?
The 1st:
TS Method stands for Temporal Synergistic Method
Temporal just as well-timed, like timing of training, food intake, sleeping & other rest
and
Synergistic as in the whole being truly greater here than the sum of it's parts.
It's fundamentally this: doing the correct things at the appropriate moments and in the right amounts as well as in the proper relationship to each other is going to be very efficient.
In contrast to doing the right things, yet at the wrong time, which might do nothing for you, OR could even be counter-productive.
Let's use the example of fat burning training to clarify the timing-element:
Should you do your fat burning training at the inappropriate time, you simply will not burn any body fat at all!
Not even with the very best fat loss workout in existence ...
Within the correct time-frame though, as well as in the right SYNERGISTIC relation to other factors, such as the overnight fast for example, the effort will be very efficient, and you get the greatest return of investment from the training.
A great and simple technique to achieve this is my TS Method 4/3 System:
Cut out all calories within 4 hours of bed, then postpone (not skip) breakfast by another 3 hours in the morning.
Now you do the fat loss workout in that 3 hour time-frame in the morning, and chances are all calories burned come from body fat stores!
Another example of timing and how it can screw things up are fat burning foods and supplements, here: the amino acid L-Glutamine.
Glutamine can certainly be a very effective Growth Hormone-Releaser; it can easily increase your own quantities of this most potent fat burning factor substantially.
However only at the right time periods.
So if you have 2.5 to 5 gram of L-Glutamine each morning before your delayed breakfast -meaning within a fasted, calorie and carb depleted condition- it will help to increase your HGH-Levels.
Should you have it, say, after lunch ... zip human growth hormone. It's as essential as that. The difference betwen effective and nothing.
So all the above describes the importance of the Temporal Element, or of using the appropriate things --training, supplements, foods, etc-- at the appropriate time.
What about the Synergistic Element?
The Synergy-Aspect would come into play if you now did a high lactate fitness workout --like the HIIT+LIIT training in my 4/3 Program--
in combination with the L-glutamine and in the fasted, carbohydrate depleted condition ...
And your returns can be astonishing.
That is the potency of the Temporal Synergistic Approach.
